H1B VISA STAMPING WITH CURRENT EMPLOYER WHILE H1B VISA TRANSFER HAS BEEN APPROVED WITH DIFFERENT EMPLOYER

Hi,

I am currently working for a company "X" and I accepted a new job with company "Y" and they applied for h1b transfer in premium and got it approved with Jan 6th 2020 start date.

My VISA stamp expired last year and since I have 2 months left before I quit my current employer "X" , i am planning to go to India and get my VISA stamped with my current company "X". 

I checked with the lawyers at the new company and they said I should not have any problems.

Is it ok for me to go and get the visa stamped ? Do you see any issues with the travel ?
