SKumarD
Hi, I am working with company A and have H1B and I94 approved for another 2 years. I am planning on moving to company B after H1b transfer (with extension of stay) approved under PP. I have few questions regarding the process 1) If my new H1B is approved for less duration then my existing H1b, can I continue working with company A without moving to company B? 2)Usually along with H1B USCIS will send I94 also, will new I94 also have the same expiration date as the new H1b (less duration)? 3) If I dont change the job which I94 will be used company A or Company B? pontevecchio
Your H1 approval for A remains valid even if a dozen H1 employers file and get a H1 petition approved for you. As long as you have an approved H1 petition with I94, you can work for whoever you choose. Quote Link to comment
