DrRight
Hello,I was married few years ago and then got divorced.I'm getting married again now. My new wife had a previous H-4 visa that expired in less than 12 months. Now when I try to schedule a H-4 visa interview for her the website says that she qualifies for the interview waiver program and is suggesting to drop off documents without needing a visa interview. I don't think that's true because the principle applicant for this H-4 is not the same. Can someone shed some light on what I need to do in this case?Appreciate your time and help.Thanks. She still qualifies for drop box. Does not matter if the principal applicant has changed or not. Quote Link to comment
