H-1B Transfer before October 1 without Paystubs

My H-1B petition was filled with Employer A during my F1 OPT STEM extension, and it was picked Effective from October 1. During this time I got an offer from Employer B and they applied for my H-1B transfer and I have a H-1B approval notice effective from October 1 as well:

Now,

1. Do I have to start my H-1 B with current employer(Employer A), and have 1-2 paychecks?

2. Can I go ahead and start working for new employer( employer B) from October 1?

Kindly give me your suggestions.

You can start working with B assuming you have an I94 with H1 approval. Such questions are best directed to B.
