siva1234@# Posted August 19, 2019 Report Share Posted August 19, 2019 Hi, My stem extension is valid till August 22, 2019. My H1b got approved in change of status from 10/1/2019 to 8/26/2022. The thing is there is no update in SEVP portal till now. SEVP portal still shows expire date as 8/22/2019. a) Do I need to worry about this?, Whom I have contact to resolve this. b) Can I work in my same company after 8/22 till 9/30. Thank you.
