Working for multiple employers on OPT EAD, while one has filed for H1B ?

I am on opt EAD and working for 2 employers. One of my employer have applied for H1b and got an RFE which we replied recently. 
Can I continue working for multiple employers until my H1B gets approved ?  I am aware that I should only work for one employer starting Oct 01 if the H1B gets approved. What if my H1B gets approved in the month of Nov or Dec, can I still continue working for both the clients until Nov/Dev (Until H1B is approved) ?

You can work till the OPT EAD is valid and if you are not using cap gap in which case you will stop on October,1 and wait for the H1 decision.

Thank you for your response! My OPT is valid for another year and not using the CAP Gap. I will continue working on multiple employers until my H1B is approved.
