H1-b transfer and H4 Extn and Travel to India

Hi,

My Employer has filed extn and also New employer will be filing for H1B transfer and Extn by Aug End. My Spouse will be attending Biometric on 16th Aug 2019 for current employment,

if she travels to India by 4th week of Aug 2019, can I ask New Employer to proceed with H4 Extn OR process only for H1 and can she get the Visa stamping in India with my H1B approval and then travel back?

H4 is a status extension and she needs to be here to extend her status or she can get the H4 visa and return with the H1 petition approval of the company which you will be working for at that time. 

When do you intend to start with B?

thanks for the reply. The New Company is still validating my documents with attorney and planning to apply in 2 weeks time. So should I ask the New Employer to apply for my spouse as well or not, because as you mentioned she can get the H4 Visa using my H1B approval (I797).
