My company "A" is not willing send me onsite so I have travelled by own. In the meanwhile applied for H1B transfer with employer "B" and transfer have been approved. Company "A" have filled for H1B revocation and as per current status it is REVOKED Question 1. My wife has H4 visa stamping till JULY-2020 with my company "A". Since Company "A" have been revoked H1B; Can she travel on H4 visa of company "A" with having latest H1B scan copy. 2. Is there any problem at the port entry. Please help me. Quote Link to comment
