Hi, 

I am looking for some sample documents on some of the questions asked by USCIS. One of the questions is a detailed description, along with the supporting documents to explain the periods of time the beneficiary was granted practical training at the same level of educational level. Please let me know your suggestions and information. I will follow them accordingly.

Did you use OPT and later CPT at the same educational level? Then CPT was illegal, and you were out of status and kiss the H1 goodbye.

Without knowing your full background it is hard to answer and more over your employer along with experienced attorney will look into this.

I sense red signals here.
