Allissia
Hello everyone. Four months ago I was terminated for having an accident that was deemed preventable. Basically, the company made me drive while fatigued and I rear ended someone. I got a ticket for Failure to Reduce Speed which was dismissed in court. I have spent the past few months unsuccessfully attempting to appeal the “preventable” ruling and subsequent termination in an attempt to get rehired. My question is would any reasonably safe companies that offer average or better home time be able to hire me, or would I have to work for some sketchy small company, if at all? Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
This is not correct forum to post your question. This deals with H1B issues.. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
If you are on H1 you are out of status since it is way past the grace period. You have to leave the country. Oh, and no company can "make somebody drive". You need to take responsibility for your actions. Quote Link to comment
