New I 94 through councillor processing by re-entering into the US from Canada by road

Hi,

I have situation to get new I 94 through councillor processing for my new H1B transfer approved request with new employer B. I have valid I 94 until Jan 7, 2020 and valid visa stamped into the passport until Jan 7, 2020 through earlier employer A. 

As I have valid Canada visitor visa, can I go to Canada and re-enter into the US by road and get new I 94 when re-entering into the US from Canada?

I guess you can do. Look into crossing Mexico border and re-enter. You can go to Nogales, Tijuana, Matamoros.
