Need suggestion on H1B Stamped Visa Extention

Hi,

I got stamped H1B visa in June-2008 and expired in July-2010 which was filed in my personal interest and expenses with Kognet Sytems Corporation (consulting company). But I never travelled to USA on stamped H1B visa. Is there any chance that my current employer can transfer this expired visa for any on-site project demands? Please suggest.

No you cannot. That H-1 is long gone because you never entered US with that H-1.

your h1b is invalid as if you do not use the h1b within 6 years, u have to go to h1b lottery again i may be wrong, but better consult a lawyer.
