Manasat
Hi , I am on a H4 Visa currently with no EAD (husband's green card application is in process), I was on a H1 from April 2013 to September to 2018 and then I had to quit my job to relocate and forgo my H1. I have a few job opportunities now and would like to move to my previous H1b . Is that an option? Since my old H1 expires in September 2019 and I only have 4 months left on it, can I use the time period I haven't used on it since last September added to the current H1. If so, does my new employer apply a new H1? Do you think this time would be sufficient for me to apply for a I-140? Please help! Best, -Manasa Quote Link to comment

For starting GC process that is with you and your employer. He needs to start soon. Quote Link to comment
