Neel91 Posted April 11, 2019 Report Share Posted April 11, 2019 Hello Gurus, My employer filed a H1b amendment for a new worksite location. And this went to RFE. The project sow finish date is in two months. Should I withdraw the H1B amendment or respond to RFE. My original petition is approved and valid until Sep 2020. If I respond to the rfe and it gets approved, would there be a chance that if effects my validity. There is a new project and I being assigned to it, would it be better to withdraw the first amendment and file a new one for the material change ? What is your advice. Any help is much appreciated.
