H1b Extension and H1b Transfer Same time

Hi,

My current H1b Extension petition is pending with USCIS for Employer A and my 240 days period is ending around May 4th 2019. If I start H1b Transfer petition with Employer B now and filed  (this is after my I-94 expiry) what will be happens to my case to the below scenarios.

1) If the Employer A petition gets result first and denied what will happens to the transfer petition of Employer B? Will it be denied too?

I guess not automatic denial but they may do background check on your scenario and may try to find out why it is denied....
