Krengineer
Hi, Urgent Advice Needed 1. I just figured that my current pay is less than the LCA. I am looking to transfer my visa to the new employer, Would I be facing any potential issues with the transfer by having less pay in the pay slips? 2. Or Can I transfer h1b without submitting pay slips? If I can, what is the best alternative I can provide instead of pay slips? And what are the chances of getting approval? 3. How many pay slips we should submit for h1b transfer? Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
File a complaint with the Federal DOL on form WH4 and then try your "transfer" Link to comment
xTDx
1- Depends on if USCIS officer catches this. If they do you will probably get a rfe. 2- In generally you would have to send paycheks else USCIS may issue a rfe. 3- In general attorneys send 2 months of paycheks or whatever available .
