I wanted to know how far in advance can we get our visa stamped before current one expires. I have my visa stamped until Sept 2019 and received my extension until 2021. Can I get my visa extension stamped 5 months before my current one expires?

I have an LCA which is getting expired on 5-Sep-2019. Can I raise Visa stamping request now?

I couldn't travel earlier due to lack of projects.

My friend visa was expiring on July 15th 2019. He went for new visa stamping at Matamoros, MX on March 21st and got an approval. He almost went 4 months before his current visa expiry and had no issues.
