H4 Visa waiver program

Hi,

Could someone help on this.

I am eligible for Visa waiver program as my Visa got expired within last 12 months period . 

Under supporting  documents It was asking to submit current and previous i797 of my husband.

Initially he got Visa stamping through company A 2015 and I got Visa stamping at same time .but I haven't made any travel to US.

Later his Visa was transferred to company B he moved to US in 2015

Now he moved to a company c in 2018

My qs is for supporting documents., do I need to carry his three i797 company A,company B,company C

As my previous H4 was stamped through the 1st petition company A .

 

Please advice.

Yes, you need all 3 I-797's.

My passport due to expire in may ,after dropping docs in 1st week of April in a week or so cud I apply for new passport r wud this be a problem for dropbox processing.
