srbhshrm Posted March 4, 2019 Report Share Posted March 4, 2019 I am currently on H1B visa from an employer X and employer Y has applied for a new H1B petition transferring my right to work on 8th Feb 2019. They are asking me to start working, which I technically can but my concern is related to the approval odds. The current case status shows as received. The cheque filed by employer Y has been cashed, does that guarantee approval or at least non-denial of the application? Link to comment
