DS-160 - Previous employer address

Which address should I mention in DS-160 for previous employer address? 

on I-797 Petition previous employer had different California address. But on employment letter & old pas stubs have different address. 

I-797 has Address 1 -> Sunnyvale CA

Paystubs , Employment Letter has address 2  -> Fremont CA

I donot understand why employers ( desi consultancy I guess here ) does all these things. Employer has one standard business/office address and they need to use this every where especially H1B application and pay stubs. Try to talkwith your previous employer and see what they can do. Also talk with your current employer for advice...
