Peter Sharp Posted February 21, 2019 Report Share Posted February 21, 2019 Immediately after obtaining green card (family based green card)- My friend obtained healthcare from healthcare.gov for 1 year (within 5 years of obtaining family based green card). The healthcare insurance premium was paid using tax credits. Will this disqualify him for citizenship? Does tax credits qualify as public benefit. Link to comment
