But today, we received an email saying LCA got rejected with the client location. Is to OK to travel to India in this situation and go for stamping. Please help me. gopalakrishnach Posted February 1, 2019 Report Share Posted February 1, 2019 I am not expert but during H1B visa interview they might ask to show latest LCA and if it rejected I donot think things will be smooth. Even if they donot ask for LCA I am sure they will have all info about it. Link to comment

Thanks in Advance, Prakash - How did you get an email for LCA rejection ? - Was the LCA filed for amendment or extention or employer change ? - International travel will depend on active employment, valid i797 and a valid visa. You should be making use of your employers resources. They are suppose to handle your LCA and employer petition etc. If you still need help, try to provide complete information instead of asking vague questions about international travel.
