140 Approved - Possible change of location

Hello,

I am employed full time with a company. I have my 140 approved and PD set to April 2010. Due to re-org, I am asked to relocate to a different city/state.

* How does this affect my green card process and my H1B?

* Do I need start my GC process from LC and file 140 again? Will I lose my PD?

You will retain your PD. The whole process may need to be repeated. Only your supervisor and HR can tell you the actual ramifications.
