Is it possible to apply for new H1 visa in 2019 quota? Is it Mandatory to leave the country for 1 year to apply for new H1 visa? ThanksVH Link to comment

adshah84 Posted January 17, 2019 Report Share Posted January 17, 2019 No you can not apply in April 2019 and that is 2020 CAP. If you wan to apple in April 2020 leave USA in March 2019. You must be out of the USA for complete one year before you again apple for H1b CAP. Link to comment
