Recently (June 2018) I have applied for my H1B extension and it was approved till JULY 2021 and later after my Approval I have applied H4 dependent VISA Extension of my Wife in August 2018 where her previous H4 and I94 is going to expiry in August (09/10/2018) I received a receipt but still now it was NOT yet approved. Can I how many days she (My Wife) can stay with the receipt is there any limit or can you please let me the options which I am having now. Please advise. Thanks Vijay Link to comment
