Sam177 Posted January 8, 2019 Report Share Posted January 8, 2019 I was working with Company A where I94 validity on 797 is Sept 30, 2019. I was with them till March 2, 2018. I joined Company B and got I94 validity till November 30, 2018. I was with them till mid October. On October 15, 2018 I joined Company C, and they filled my H1B transfer petition under regular processing. The status is currently in-progress. I joined them on H1B transfer notice. Now, there is some budget issue going on in Company C, and they are down sizing the team. If they pick me before my H1B approval, what are my options? Link to comment
