MSSharath
Hello everyone, My H1b got approved, employer filed as a Programmer Analyst 2 with Level 2 Wage, so my question is if I go for stamping what are the chance of rejection, since there is a memorandum “Computer Programmer Would Not Generally Qualify for H1B Visa”. So how this is going to effect during stamping? Thanks in advance Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Programmer Analyst 2 is tricky... be prepared for 221G just in case... regarding chances of rejection no one can say you.. it depends on individual case.. Link to comment

If you have all the required letter, contracts your salary matches the LCA salary you are good. Link to comment

True + Your designation / SOC code - would be more of a concern to USCIS during your extension or transfer approval, not much during visa stamping Link to comment
