CK88
Hi, My original petition filed by company A expired in Dec 2017 and extn got rejected in Aug'18. Used around 2.6 yrs of tenure out of 6yrs. I came back to India and joined company B. Is there a way company B can use my H1(assuming new company is ready to transfer)? If yes, Pls help me with process. thanks in advance Link to comment
Hema Reddy
Company B can file an cap-exempt H1B petition for you anytime within next 6 years. No need to go through lottery. Link to comment
CK88
thanks for the update. Will there be a chance that company A can invalidate my H1B so that other companies cannot use? Link to comment
