Yuva
Hi, I have doubt my I-94 validity. here is my details Latest approved I-797 and I-94 : 1/31/2019 to 1/30/2022 (was approved this month with same employer, same role ) I-94 of my recent entry (Sep 2018) to US : valid till 1/13/2019 Previous approved I-797 : 3/30/2016 to 1/31/2019 The I-94 from my recent rentry is till 1/13/2019 (even though the I797 is till 1/31/2019). So, i know i am covered till 1/13/2019 ; And my new approved 797/I-94 is till 1/30/2022. But the start date of that extension is llisted as 1/31/2019. So, is my status valid between 1/13/2019 to 1/30/2019 (around 2-3 weeks). Is the start date important? or end date of I-94? I have continuity in my I-797 from 3/30/2016 till 1/30/2022. Please clarify. thanks Link to comment

Please clarify. thanks You are good. No issues. USCIS providing I-94 on I-797 is enough. I-94 end date is important. Link to comment
