sixstringsin
My I-140 got approved more than a year ago but my employer is refusing to provide a copy of my I140 approval. I looked at FOIA but every answer I find online is dated back to 2014/2015. Is FOIA still an option and has anyone got it via this route recently? What other options do I have? Link to comment

xTDx
I-140 is employers petition. Most employers share an approval copy out of courtesy. You don't really need a copy, all you need is the receipt number. A simple google search points me to this : https://www.wikihow.com/Get-a-Copy-of-Your-Approved-I‐140-Notice I don't think there is a reason to doubt that FOIA request won't work. Link to comment
