Also, I asked a couple times above, please answer if anyone is in this situation - applied for H1 & H4 transfer on Nov 16th; got H4 receipt just 2 days later but not H1. Anyone in this situation? I am not sure if I can join the new company based on this receipt number. Waiting for my attorney's advice. Link to comment
