EB-1B - Waiting on I-485 interview

Hello,

My I-140 is approved. PD for I-485 is January 25, 2018. I am still waiting for the interview to be scheduled. The 2018 December Visa Bulletin does not have any update.

Any idea on when the interview will be scheduled?

Once your PD is current they will schedule the Interview. I would say some time in 2019.

Thank you for the response. Is there any way we can contact USCIS and inquire? I tried calling the number on USCIS website, but it transferred my call to automated case status inquiry voice assistance. 

Can you kindly let me know if there a number that we can call and speak to an actual person, who could verify and answer questions, if any?

Calling is not relevant as the dates are released in each monthly bulletin and the Outsourced Officer you call has the same visa bulletin in front of him which you can also access. How do you think talking to somebody is going to change the PD.?

My question was not about change in PD. It was service center related. I was able to speak to an agent and clarify my questions.

The PD for EB1 is now in 2016. Your PD is January, 25 of 2018. So you have to wait . Even the dates for Appointments to be scheduled is not current.
