Reddy belum
Hi, I am posting a question regarding my wife H1B petetion. She traveled to USA back in 2014 on H1b visa stamping and later working for 6 months converted to H4 dependent visa. Now she got an opportunity to work and therefore want to use previous H1b petition to get transfered to a different employerand work. Question 1: Is it possible for her to work converting from H4 to H1B using previous H1b? Question 2: Can she work on receipt number once H1b is filed? Question 3: Can the petition be filed premium? Question 4: Generally how much time it would take for petition to get approved if it filed in general? Thanks in advance for support. Thanks, Bala. Link to comment

pontevecchio
1 If she was cap counted once and has time left over from the initial total of 6 years, she can find a H1 sponsor who will file a non cap H1 petition for her. 2. NO 3. NO 4. Months. Link to comment
