Mosi Posted October 30, 2018 Report Share Posted October 30, 2018 Hi I have used my first 2 H1B petitions with 2 different employers for the total period of 5.5 yrs on H1B. I was then out of the US for 10 yrs and now How much time can I get on the H1 filed by new employer? Will this be a H1 transfer or the period reset for another 6 yrs without subject to the Cap?
