I'm planning to visit India this December (Have to go for my VISA stamping too) My Husband is planning to file his H1 Extension and my H4 Extension this November. My question is "Can I visit India when my H4 Extension is under process? Will that be an issue?" Thanks in advance. Link to comment

Better to apply for extensions after coming back. Link to comment
