Two Approved H4 i797s

I am looking for help/suggestion for my situation. Below is my currently situation.

• First with Employer A
• My H1 and spouse H4 was valid till jun-30-2018
• Filled H1 and H4 extension together, in april 2018. 
• Got offer with another employer in may, the filled the H1 and H4 transfer in May-2018 and was approved before Jun-2018 and valid till jan-2021
• Moved to a different Employer B in July 2019.
• I forgot to withdraw the first H4 extension application. 
• Now, i got first H4 application approved on sep-25-2018 and valid till april-2019

I now my spouse has a two different H4 approvals (i797a) with two different expiry dates but the i94 is same on both the notices. she is visiting India and has to go through stamping process, so having employer A's H4 extension approval be an problem ?

A Cos to H4 is irrelevant to getting a H4 visa. She will need your H1 petition approval and proof of your valid H1 status to get a H4 visa.
