pontevecchio Posted September 20, 2018 Report Share Posted September 20, 2018 Ask the company lawyer to file for you. If they sponsored you for the Gc, they should not mind filing the AOS. The time frame should be 3-6 months and you should get the AP and EAD before that. Link to comment
