Ganesh14 Posted August 19, 2018 Report Share Posted August 19, 2018 Employer B -> H1B Transfer+Extension denied on Aug 9, 2018 Was working from Oct 2017 with Employer B on receipt Employer A -> H1B revoked on July 13, 2018 on USCIS website i-94 is valid till Sep 10, 2018 and in the denial decision USCIS said can stay till i-94 validity, so it means i-94 tied with employer A is valid Can I do a COS to H4? If I cannot do COS, can I go for Mexico for H4 stamping or need to go only for home country? Please advice my DO's and DONT's in this situation Link to comment

You can only if your current I-94 is still valid. 2. You cannot go to Mexcio. You can go to Canada. Link to comment
