Employer B -> H1B Transfer+Extension denied on Aug 9, 2018
Was working from Oct 2017 with Employer B on receipt

Employer A -> H1B revoked on July 13, 2018 on USCIS website

i-94 is valid till Sep 10, 2018 and in the denial decision USCIS said can stay till i-94 validity, so it means i-94 tied with employer A is valid

  1. Can I do a COS to H4?
  2. If I cannot do COS, can I go for Mexico for H4 stamping or need to go only for home country?

Please advice my DO's and DONT's in this situation

1. I don't think you can do COS. You can only if your current I-94 is still valid.

2. You cannot go to Mexcio. You can go to Canada.
