DropBox eligibility if legal entity changed within same company?

Hi,

I recently changed teams in the same company, but the new team is under a different legal entity. e.g. My previous H1B was with company ABC and now my H1B is for ABC-xyz. Though last team, I was dropbox eligible because my visa extension was for same company and all other conditions were met. I would like to know if changed legal entity will impact my drop box eligibility at New Delhi consulate?

No issues. You will still be eligible for drop box.
