H1B-Not getting salary

Hi, 

I’m currently with employer A the last 1 year 7 months. 

Vendor payment term is 3 months.

Employer mentioned that only able to realease the salary once get payment from vendor. So far vendor released 1 payment. 

Every month I’m just getting allowance of 1K. But the paystab been generated but salary not been credited to my account. 

Im planning to make a report against the employer. I have a lot of commitment and not possible to survive with 1K every month. 

If I make a report, does the employer can revoke my H1B? 

Please suggest, I’m in the difficult moment at this point of time.

Make an official complaint on form WH4 against the employer. Obviously you cannot work anymore for this employer and moreover any retaliation would be illegal. Once you complain try and get another sponsor or re evaluate your long term plans.

Fraudulent employer. Report them to DOL irrespective of impact on your status. 

Either find a new reputable US company or exit the US.
