Got RFE on H4 Extension

My wife got RFE for H4 Visa Extension, her visa got expired on April-17-2018 , and i had applied for H4 extension while she was here in US ,with my H1B extension approval copy. 
on July-23-2018 i got RFE asking for below documents: 
"Submit copies of your spouse' pay records (pay stubs,leave and earnings records, etc ) for the 3 pay periods before you filed this application" 
Mean while she traveled to India in May-2018 , and now i have scheduled H4 visa stamping/interview with Chennai US consulate on 29th of August 2018 ,. 
Having said my situation , i have below concern to clarify: 
1) What all documents i should submit Apart from my Paystubs for RFE. 
2) Should i submit all the Payslips starting January 2018 till April 2018. 
2) Can my wife still go for H4 Visa Stamping/Interview back in india based on my H1B approval copy. 
i have filled DS-160 and interview is scheduled on 29th August 2018. 

Please guide me on this, i have to submit all the requested Documents before August 25th 2018.

If she is going to get the H4 visa and return, you can either send copies of your stubs here to answer the RFE or just ignore it. She will be able to return with a H4 visa and your H1 petition. There  should be no issue with her H4 visa.

Since she traveled abroad the H4 extension is moot. She needs to get an H4 visa.
