simis123
Hi all, I have a green card. I got a divorce from my ex-wife a long time back and the court in USA also found her to do domestic violence on me, and thus ordered 5 years of restraining order for her and also ordered her to undergo batterer's intervention program. Now, my ex-wife has gone back, and might file frivolous criminal cases against me. Would they effect my citizenship? Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
Since you were divorced a long time back, it would seem unlikely and unrealistic for her to file charges against you under the circumstances described by you. Just move on. This would have no effect on your naturalization. Link to comment
