Legal Stay Limit for B2

Hi,

My parents are in US. when they came the passport end date was stamped with 1 month limit.  But in I 94 it is showing as 6 months.

which one is correct. do I need to raise for extension for them before 1 month is over?

Sorry for confusion. the Passport is valid. The entry stamped at immigration in US had end date which mentioned 1 month.

They should err on the side of caution and exit the US prior to expiration date on the passport.

1. Call the CBP Officer at the Airport and ask. OR 

2. Once you found the online I94 mentioning 6 months, you could print that out and keep it with their passports.

3. OR give a law firm a call and discuss the need or not for them to leave by the month.
