stirumal Posted July 20, 2018 Report Share Posted July 20, 2018 My Priority date is 2012 September & My H1B got approved for 4 months as the SOW was only valid for 4 months(until Sept. 1st 2018) and now my wife is in India she has to go for H4 Visa stamping, Her interview has been scheduled for Aug 13th between Visa appointment date and I94 expiry its only 28 days validity. What are the chances of getting Visa approved & Does she face any issues when she lands here in US.Can you please advise. Link to comment
