H4 extension needed from USCIS?

My daughter is having H4 visa stamp which is expiring in August 2018. Her online i-94 is showing the expiry date of Jun 2019 which is my i-797 petition end date too. She got that updated while crossing the border from canada when I shared my new petition to the immigration officer.

My question is : Do I need to file her H4 extension with the USCIS by filing i - 539?
