Although they are nothing new, am just wondering if there can be issues with a past dui more than five years ago? We will carry all documents with us. I just got my H1 renewal a few months ago. Ok, that's helpful to know. That's exactly what I wanted to know ... whether they did a background check on the spot or just check papers? Guess you answered that question. Will carry all the papers.
