H-1B Transfer

Hi,

I have been working at my current company for the 10 years. I-140 is approved. My current H-1B expires in September but have already got extension. I have certain questions about H-1B transfer:

1)  If I want to transfer to other company, do I need to wait until new H-1B is effective?. 

2) If yes, would I get the same H-1B extension period of three years again after transfer?

3) Once I restart the GC process, can I apply for same priority dates?

2) Not necessary . It's all depends upon documentation.
