VO Approved my case, but after one Status show as Refused after Administrative Processing

Hi,

I done with B1 Interview visa on 31-May-2018, VO told me my Visa is approved and submit my Passport, one same i.e. 31st May my Visa Status show as Administrative Processing, but on 1st June evening my Visa Status showing as Refused. Also, passport status show as "My Passport is still with US Embassy/Consulate".

Can any one tell me what this means.
