AK2016 Posted May 21, 2018 Report Share Posted May 21, 2018 Team, I have my current H1B Visa and I94 getting expired in Jul 2018. I have already received my I797 extension approval & I94 until 2019. I plan to visit Canada to meet my family in Jun 2018 for 2 weeks. Need your advice, if my I94 will get re-issued cancelling my extension. (though my current I94 will still be valid and also I possess I94 extension). What to expect at Port of entry to USA again? Link to comment
