CoolBoss
Hello, I'm working for employer A, my I-140 got approved with employer A and he is not willing to give the Approval notice. Now I got a good offer with Employer B. I have filed an FOIA request with USCIS and received the I-140 copy(Not a Approval Notice) from USCIS. It has SRC number, my priority date, A number and the approval date. Is this enough to file the H1B transfer with my employer B? Link to comment

Another1Consultant
Hi Cool Boss, May I know how much time it took for you to get I140 related info from FOIA request ? Even I am planning to file FOIA request for the same reason and purpose. Good luck with your new job! Thanks in advance! Link to comment
