I-140 approved - No Approval notice from Employer

Hello,

I'm working for employer A, my I-140 got approved  with employer A and he is not willing to give the Approval notice. Now I got a good offer with Employer B.

I have filed an FOIA request with USCIS and received the I-140 copy(Not a Approval Notice) from USCIS. It has SRC number, my priority date, A number and the approval date. Is this enough to file the H1B transfer with my employer B?

How many days did it take you to receive the info from USCIS using FOIA request ?

Hi Cool Boss, May I know how much time it took for you to get I140 related info from FOIA request ?  Even I am planning to file FOIA request for the same reason and purpose.
